A game to provoke Irish learners to speak the language.

Download the game board and print it out and place it on a flat surface. The teacher is the game leader. Take playing pieces depending on the number of players and a dice and start in the middle left at tús (start). Whoever is next goes forward according to the number of pips and then has to talk about what is written on his field, e.g. at faoin ollscoil he says one or more sentences about the university in his town. He can only stay on the space if he has it done well. At "?" he can choose a topic or the teacher gives him a topic. At the end you have to land exactly on ceann cúrsa (end of course). Whoever gets there first wins.
